'Are your products good quality?'

We sell premium quality knife blades and CNC router tools, engineered from the highest quality carbide stock ensuring durability and perfect cutting results, sourced from trusted Swiss & German manufacturers.

'What is your order turnaround?'

Orders received on a business day before 1pm will be dispatched same day. If something is not in stock we can usually get it within 3-7 working days.

'What if I can't find what I want on your website?'

Contact us on 07598 163253 and we will get right back to you with price and availability - we are always prepared to extend our range of products.

'What are your postage costs?'

Orders must be placed Monday-Thursday - we are closed on Fridays.

UK :

DPD Next Day (by end of day) - £5.50

DPD Premium by 12 Noon - £11.00

DPD Premium by 10.30am - £18.00

 Any order with a value in excess of £400 (before shipping costs added) we will send free of charge.

Northern Ireland :

DPD Two Day Service (by end of day) - £14.00

DPD Next Day (by end of day) - £20.00

'If an order is urgent, can I collect from your premises?'

Absolutely! Call us to arrange collection.

'How do I order?'

You can place an order through the website and pay by any major Credit Card.

You can apply for a 30 day end of month credit account, email us at sales@bitandblade.co.uk and we will send you an application form - once your account is open you can email your purchase order to us or place the order through the website.

'If I apply for an account, how long before the account is open?'

Upon receipt of your application form and various checks are completed, usually 24-48hrs.
